But having a hard time finding them on Thales platforms. I was trying to find reviver on Yelp and Google to give horrible reviews. If I was the owner of that company and my employees lie to clients I would fire them right away. Reviver is a cool company however the employees are the one in charge to make or break a company. I complained to his supervisor who confirmed that he gave me false information and took care of the issue right away. He clearly lied to me over and over and would not answer to my questions. ![]() Because people with that type attitude do not deserve to have a job. So management should be able to listen to it. I’m sure the phone conversations were recorded. Because he wouldn’t even answer to my questions that I was asking in English. But Bryan made me so mad i had no choice but to blast him on here. I have never done an apple review before. However no one should have to deal with an employee who lies to clients. ![]() We all understand that nothing is perfect and customer service is required. I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give a negative 5 stars.
